Satoshi Yamane is a General Manager of Smart Shipping Division a part of Headquarters of Technology Innovation in Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) .
He joined Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. in October 1995 as seafarer, and worked on board
and in shore-side offices. He is promoted to Chief Engineer in June 2010.
He worked in MOL Ship management (Tokyo) from 2006 to 2010 and MOL Ship management (Singapore) from 2011 to 2016. He was assigned Manager of Marine Safety Division in MOL head office from 2017 to 2022.
He is in current position at Smart Shipping Division since April 2023.
