Torben Kölln: Torben started his shipping career with Leonhardt & Blumberg as a trainee before working as a ship broker in London and Hamburg. After university, which included a period in Boston, USA, he returned as fund manager to a Hamburg-based KG house. In 2006, he joined Buss Capital (part of Buss Group) as a project manager, and he co-founded Buss Shipping in 2009 which merged into Leonhardt & Blumberg in 2017.Today, Torben is in charge on corporate strategy with special focus on diversification, modernisation and decarbonisation. The commercial and technical directors report directly to him.
