Spyros Kaminaris is Head of Tax Partner in EY and focuses on the international tax advice. He has been also leading the Belgrade Tax practice of EY in Serbia from 2006-2011 and is currently leading the ITS – Transfer Pricing Team in Greece.
Spyros joined EY in 2002 following Andersen combination and is based in the Athens office.
Spyros has graduated from the Economic Faculty of the University of Athens in 1992 and holds a Post Graduated Degree in Greek Tax law. He has attended numerous seminars and conferences on corporate taxation, M&A, international tax structures and transfer pricing matters. He is a member of the Greek Financial Chamber of Commerce.
He has been involved in a wide-range of assignments including transaction tax, transfer pricing, and M&A structuring.
