Sebastian von Hardenberg joined the Schulte Group in 2005. He served Bernhard Schulte as Head of Controlling from 2006 to 2009 before joining BSM Germany as Financial Director. Moving to Hong Kong in 2012, Singapore in 2014, Cyprus in 2015 and back to Singapore in 2018, Sebastian served as Executive Assistant of the CEO and Director Business Risk before being appointed to Chief Financial Officer of BSM in 2015 and Chief Executive Officer in 2025. Prior to this, Sebastian graduated as a lawyer in Germany and gained financial and risk management experience while working for an audit company.
