Sadan Kaptanoglu was the first woman President of BIMCO .
Sadan Kaptanoglu is the chairperson of TURMEPA (Turkish Marine Environment Protection Association) .
Sadan is the first winner of Seatrade young person of the year award in 2008.
She is married, has two daughters.
