Ravi is a partner in the European & Middle East Corporate Group.
Ravi has acted on a broad range of international corporate matters, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, venture capital and private equity. His experience covers a wide range of industry sectors, in particular for clients in the media, real estate, renewably energy and private equity industries.
Upon qualification, Ravi completed a client secondment in the Central Legal team at ITV plc, where he was involved in a wide range of work including corporate and commercial matters. Ravi has also completed a client secondment at All3Media Limited, where he predominately advised on mergers and acquisitions and investments into production companies.
