Capt. Panagiotis Drosos is a highly motivated and with a rich marine background graduate of the Greek Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos. His original operational expertise was cultivated by serving onboard several vessels and acquiring positions ashore in Operations Department at Tsakos Shipping and Trading SA. Thereafter Capt. Drosos served as Chief Executive Officer in Almi Tankers for 4 years, successfully undertaking the initiation and establishment of the company’s activities in tanker operations. In September of 2013, Capt Drosos joined Tsakos Columbia Shipmanagement (“TCM”) as Managing Director, successfully leading several projects entailing technical management activities.

Cpt. Panagiotis Drosos is currently operating as the Managing Director at Capital Ship Management Corp., undertaking a number of diverse projects. His long experience and expertise stem from leading demanding tasks and assignments in the Maritime field.

With his diligence and unique philosophy combined, he has collaborated with a number of prestigious Shipping Companies serving as CEO & Managing Director, while maintaining focus on projects concentrated on the human element. In concurrence with his inspiration, derived from his sea experience onboard tanker vessels, his extensive experience in Shore management has contributed significantly to a growth mindset concerning crew issues.
