Nikos is a highly respected lawyer with extensive expertise in banking and financial regulation, NPLs, debt restructuring, M&A, and corporate law matters.
He has advised in a series of highlight transactions in the above areas representing Greek and international counterparties. Nikos is also frequently authoring in legal magazines and editions on the above topics of Greek corporate and commercial law. He has been consistently recognized as a top-tier lawyer in international directories, including Chambers & Partners, Legal500 and IFLR1000.
Nikos holds an LL.B. from the University of Athens and an LL.M., Doctorate from the Universität zu Köln. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2002. Before joining the firm, he worked for the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (Frankfurt).
He speaks Greek, English & German.
