Nicolas was born in Nicosia, Cyprus. He read law at the University of Westminster, London, and was awarded an LLB Honours Degree in 2012. He then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.
He joined M&M in 2013 as a trainee advocate and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2014.
His main areas of practice are shipping, finance, and corporate & commercial work.
Nicolas acts for international and local banks in ship-finance transactions, as well as for shipowners, charterers and ship-managers in non-contentious aspects of shipping, including ship & yacht sale, purchase and registration.
He has also been involved in a range of commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings and corporate finance transactions.
