  • Foteini is leading large and multi-disciplinary teams in assurance and advisory engagements, and she is specialized in providing services for clients in the shipping and other transportation sector. She has also served clients in the offshore drilling industry, aviation and entities within renewable energy sector.
  • She has more than 19 years of experience through a wide range of services, including integrated audits of financial statements and internal controls of entities listed in NASDAQ and NYSE, cross border transactions in the equity and debt markets, including IPOs in US and Hong Kong stock exchanges, SPACs, testing design and operational efficiency of core business processes and controls with focus on financial reporting, recommendations for improving processes and management systems and testing technical managers’ operational efficiency.
  • She currently serves as Partner in charge of several clients listed in US stock exchanges.
