Mr. Simone Manca

RINA
Simone MANCA is Vice President of RINA North Asia.
He is responsible for leading the development and delivery
of company activities and services for the region.
He brings with him over 20 years of work experience
across different engineering positions and management
roles, and wealth of leadership knowledge and expertise.
Prior to this, he was assigned to Hamburg – Germany and
leading the marine operation for North-West Europe area
as Director. He was at the helm of key accounts in the
cruise sector, dealing with new building projects and
supporting various operating lines (OL) across the
operational aspects.
Simone started his career in RINA in 2002 as a software
developer in Italy before taking the role as marine surveyor.
Throughout his career in RINA, he held various positions in
project management, business development and technical
support.
He holds a Master of Science in Naval Architecture from
the University of Genova (Italy).
现任意大利船级社北亚区总裁，常驻上海总部，负责领
导公司在北亚地区海事行业的各项业务及服务的开发与
运营。
20余年工作经验，曾任职多个工程岗位和管理职位，积
累了丰富的领导能力和专业知识。致力于引领RINA北
亚区开启新的篇章，更好地满足地区客户的需求。
此前，常驻德国汉堡，担任西北欧区域海事运营总监，
负责邮轮行业的关键客户，管理新造船项目，并为各业
务线提供运营支持。
2002年，加入RINA集团意大利总部，曾任职于项目管
理、业务开发和技术支持等多个职位。
毕业于意大利热那亚大学，获得船舶工程学硕士学位。
