Mantha’s main area of practice is corporate, insurance, banking, and financial law.
She joined Saplegal – A.S. Papadimitriou & Partners Law Firm in 2021 and promoted to partner in 2025, after a long career as internal legal counsel of prominent group in the financial, telecommunications and insurance sector and followingly accruing significant experience as a consultant for companies in the insurance and the wider financial sector, whereas she was constantly involved in national and international litigations and arbitrations.
Her experience covers a wide range of corporate M&As transactions, whereas she has expertise in projects regarding securitization of portfolios, due diligence of targeted companies, listing of both traditional and highly complex instruments (warrants) and anti – trust claims.
She has also participated in some of the most highly complexed cases of civil and commercial litigation before the Greek Courts, involving the status of offshore companies, the control and ownership of large group of companies, breach of shareholders’ and share purchase agreements, claims under BBB and D&Os insurance policies, whereas has also participated in various prominent arbitration disputes both nationally and internationally.
Finally, she has a rich body of published work in the fields of corporate and insurance law.
