Lars Francke Riisberg heads the RINA Digital Solutions unit as Executive Vice President inside RINA. RINA Digital Solutions is responsible for the development, sales and implementation/support of digital solutions for the marine business. The flagship solution is SERTICA with products to support maintenance, procurement, HSQE, performance monitoring, electronic logbooks, vessel reporting and fleet overview.
Lars has worked with software solutions for the maritime industry for more than 3 decades in various roles for various companies. He has been a co-founder of Logimatic, which was acquired by RINA in 2021. From 2010 to 2017 he was working for AVEVA with the product portfolio addressing the maritime industry. In 2017 he returned as CEO for Logimatic Solutions a middle sized company in Denmark developing software solutions for shipping companies.
Lars Riisberg graduated as a Master in System Construction from Aalborg University in 1989. Since then he has taken an MBA in Innovation in 2017.
He has been a part of the Maritime Stars program in Denmark that helps startup companies in the maritime sector to accelerate and grow.
