Kathy Metcalf

Kathy served as CSA’s Director of Maritime Affairs from 1997 to 2015. She served in various positions in the energy industry including deck officer aboard large oceangoing tankers, marine safety and environmental director, corporate regulatory and compliance manager and state government affairs manager.
