Janice Warren is Managing Director, Head of ESG Reporting Solutions for Nasdaq Corporate Solutions, and served as President of OneReport, an ESG data, ratings, frameworks, and disclosure management platform, prior to its 2020 acquisition by Nasdaq. She brings extensive experience engaging with ESG raters, frameworks, investors, companies, and other stakeholders. She has been involved in responsible investment and corporate responsibility issues throughout her career. During her decade leading investor relations and corporate communications for a specialty materials manufacturer, she served on the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Boston Chapter board (2000 to 2004). She previously held roles in marketing, product and business development, stakeholder relations, and environmental training and program development.

She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’ s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in government and legal studies from Bowdoin College, and studied at the Institute for American Universities in Aix-en-Provence, France.
