With over 20 years of experience, Jack has led operational and maintenance teams with a relentless focus on enhancing the customer experience. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences and a Master’s degree in Management, Jack blends technical expertise with strategic vision, contributing to the SLSMC’s position as a leader in industry advancements. This has been evident through his leadership role in initiatives such as the redesign of Traffic Control Centres, the modernization of infrastructure, and the development of the Marine Connectivity Platform (VIS). Prior to joining the SLSMC, Jack gained valuable experience working in various regions across the country, shaping his holistic approach to leadership and innovation.
