Holt joined the firm in 2022 as counsel in the Capital Markets and Corporate Securities Group in New York.
Holt has extensive experience in capital markets, with a particular focus on IPOs and high yield bond offerings. He has represented issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of industries, including shipping, retail, life sciences, and media, working with issuers both within the United States and abroad. In addition to his capital markets work, he has assisted clients with mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, bank loans, SPAC transactions, and SEC reporting.
Prior to joining Seward & Kissel, Holt served as general counsel of international biotechnology company HUYABIO International and was previously a partner at White & Case. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his M.B.A. from Yale School of Management.
