Mr. Fiorenzo Spadoni
North Europe Marine Senior Director

Fiorenzo Spadoni graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Genoa in 2001. He joined RINA in 2005, gaining extensive experience in the marine sector as a surveyor, working in Turkey, the Netherlands, and France until 2012.
From 2012 to 2017, he was based in Genoa, where he led the yachting sector, overseeing RINA’s Italian operational network and managing global commercial activities related to mega yachts. During this period, he contributed to developing new services with a focus on sustainability initiatives.
Since 2018, Spadoni has managed operational and commercial activities in the UK and Ireland, with a particular emphasis on the cruise market and ship in service classification. As account manager for major cruise operators like MSC Cruises and CARNIVAL UK, he gained deep expertise in fleet management, customer service, issue resolution, and customer retention.
As of July 2023, Fiorenzo Spadoni holds the position of North Europe Regional Senior Director for the marine sector. In this role he coordinates the operational and commercial network of the North Europe region addressing the ship in service, new building, testing and marine engineering market.
