Evie is a senior transactional lawyer with extensive experience of more than 15 years practicing law in the shipping, oil and gas and mining sectors.

Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisition, corporate finance, foreign direct investment and joint venture/partnership model predominantly in the energy and shipping sectors. She has in-depth knowledge in sale and purchase contracts, energy concession contracts such as PSCs, joint operating agreements, joint cooperation model, shareholders agreement and other auxiliary corporate documents in mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work in nature. Evie has also been involved in a high-profile healthcare project in Indonesia where she advised a major government owned hospital in Indonesia.

Having various Indonesian SOEs as her main clientele, Evie also advises publicly listed and private companies in their capacity as purchasers/vendors, issuers, sponsors and financiers and various on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and reverse takeover transactions in various jurisdictions including Asia Pacific, Europe, United Kingdom and Africa.

Evie is an Indonesian qualified lawyer who completed her practices in other international commodities and shipping law firms prior to joining Hill Dickinson. She served as in-house counsel of PT Pertamina (Persero), the Indonesian National Oil Company, prior to practicing law in Singapore.

Evie has an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Queensland, Australia as well as an LLB in Economics and Business Law from the Parahyangan Catholic University, Indonesia.
