Eman Abdalla is a global maritime executive and board director, and the Founder and Managing Partner of SeaThrew, a maritime platform focused on long-term value creation across the shipping sector.
She brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in global shipping and supply chains, most recently as Vice President and Global Operations Lead at Cargill Ocean Transportation, where she oversaw large-scale operations supporting global trade flows. She also chaired the Sea Cargo Charter, helping to establish it as a leading industry framework for climate accountability and transparency.
Today, Eman serves on the advisory boards of the Panama Canal Authority and Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore, and as an Executive Director at Synergy Marine Group. Her work focuses on the practical realities of capital allocation, regulation, geopolitics, and operational execution in a rapidly changing maritime landscape.
