Elias had previously spent 12 years with Goldman Sachs, primarily focusing on Leveraged Finance, and Restructuring; with an emphasis on LBOs, MBOs, levered recapitalisations, corporate acquisition financings, corporate restructurings, and distressed / special situations
Started his career with Lehman Brothers in London; Educated at Imperial College London receiving a MEng in Mechanical Engineering and a MSc in Finance; and at INSEAD receiving a MBA
