H.E. Ekaterini Nassika assumed the position of Ambassador of Greece to the United States on November 7, 2023, after serving as Ambassador of Greece to the Russian Federation. She has also been the Ambassador of Greece to the International Civil Aviation Organization in Montreal, Canada.
Ambassador Nassika joined the Greek foreign service in 1985, with Washington, DC being her first international post. Since then, she has represented Greece at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, and the European Union. She has also served in Belgium and Albania.
Ambassador Nassika holds a law degree from the University of Athens. She is married and has two daughters.
