Eirini Pitta joined Nasdaq-listed Euroseas and Eurodry as Investor Relations Officer in April 2023. In December 2024, she expanded her role by joining Eurobulk Ltd, the Group’s ship management entity, as Management Consultant. In these capacities, she oversees Investor Relations, ESG & Sustainability, Digitalization, and Environmental Compliance, while driving organizational and procedural development through company-wide initiatives.

Prior to joining the Group, Eirini served as a Climate Change Analyst at the Climate Investment Funds, a $12 billion multilateral climate fund housed within the World Bank – which serves as its trustee – dedicated to accelerating climate action in lower- and middle-income countries.

She serves on the Board of Directors of HELMEPA and holds a Master’s in Professional Studies in Emergency and Disaster Management, as well as a B.Sc. in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University.
