He has been involved in challenging and demanding transactions in a wide area of industries (banking, insurance, asset management, private equity/ hedge funds, energy, telecommunications, shipping, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, diversified industrials, chemicals, foods & drinks, transportation, real estate, technology, start-up etc.) and more specifically in privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, divestures, joint ventures providing an independent and data-driven approach and providing holistic advice
