Ms. Daisy Ge, Senior Consultant of Laskaridis Shipping Group, joined the Group (exactly the Lavinia Corp. Liberia) at the year of 2001, she assisted in the setting up of Lavinia Corp. Shanghai Rep. Office from the very beginning, and witnessed the opening and booming of the Group’s high sea reefer transportation market in China. In the middle of year 2007, Ms. Ge was authorized as the Chief Representative of Lavinia Corp, Shanghai Rep Office, and fully responsible for the marketing development, clients maintenance, high see transshipment coordination, business cooperation / Joint Venture development with major Chinese fishing and transportation companies as well. Beyond the traditional reefer business, Ms. Ge assisted the Group to put substantial numbers of new building orders in several Chinese Shipyards over last ten years, and thus bulk carrier fleet support the Group’s new developments. After hard and devoted working in Laskaridis Shipping Group over 20 years, Ms. Ge fully understood the culture and company spirit, and now she is no doubt a professional person in reefer transportation market in China.
Before joining the Laskaridis Shipping Group, Ms. Daisy Ge had been working in LEIF HOEGH & CO. ASA, Shanghai Office for 6 years, after her graduation from the Department of International Shipping Management, Shanghai Maritime University, with her BSc economics in year 1995.
