Constantin Baack has been a member of the Management Board of MPC Capital AG since April 2015 and was appointed Chairman of the Management Board (CEO) in June 2024. Mr. Baack has 20 years of operational, management and investment experience in shipping, corporate strategy, capital markets, finance and alternative assets. He has worked for MPC Capital in various management positions since 2008 and was responsible, among other things, for the expansion of the maritime services business and the initiation and implementation of numerous investment structures and companies – in particular MPC Container Ships ASA, where he has also been CEO since its foundation in 2017.
Constantin Baack holds a Graduate Diploma and a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Sydney and previously worked at Ernst & Young in Hamburg and Shanghai and at the shipping company Hamburg Süd in Sydney.
