Christina has been practicing financial law since 1998, driving groundbreaking transactions in the Greek market, which eventually led to the establishment of a law firm specialising in financial law, capital markets and M&A in September 2024.
Christina has experience in banking and finance, and debt and equity capital markets, with a particular focus on structured finance. She has a track record of high-profile deals such as advising on the first securitisation in the Greek banking sector in 2003 and the first combined IPO of a Greek company in early 2024, after almost 20 years of standstill.
From the start of her career, Christina focused on transactions with an international dimension, representing major players operating in Greece, such as international investment banks, systemic banks, and large-cap international investors.
