Christian Rychly is Managing Director of MPC Oceanic Group, a role he has held since 2018, with responsibility for the group’s shipping activities. In 2023, he was additionally appointed Chief Operating Officer of MPC Container Ships.
Before joining MPC, Christian was a Managing Director at Leonhardt & Blumberg, a Hamburg-based ship owner and ship management company.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and serves on the Board of Directors of the UK Defence Club. Christian holds an MBA from the University of Wales.
