Prior to co-founding Blue Star Group, Mr. Hagebeuker worked as Investment Manager with Offen Group, responsible for asset backed shipping investments together with institutional clients and early-stage and seed investments in maritime start-ups.
Before joining the Offen Group, Mr. Hagebeuker was an Analyst in the M&A Execution Team with Morgan Stanley in London, advising clients from the Shipping, Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities & Media Industries on private and public transactions.
Mr. Hagebeuker holds an BSc / MSc in Business Administration and Finance and Shipping, Trade and Finance from EBS Universitat, Oestrich-Winkel and Cass Business School, London. Before university, Mr. Hagebeuker finished the apprenticeship as a banker at Markische Bank eG, Hagen.
