Mr. Antonis Georgantzis

Antonis Georgantzis has 24 years of hands-on shipping experience. He began his career in 2002 with DNV Classification Society, with assignments in Norway and South Korea. In 2006, he joined Latsco Marine Management Inc., and throughout his career, he has held a series of senior positions within the company. In 2021, he was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has been involved in various newbuilding projects, having delivered several vessels, with a specialization in LPG carriers and tankers. He is Vice Chairman of MARTECMA, INTERTANKO’s ISTEC and DNV’s Technical Committee, while he is also a member of SIGTTO GPC, as well as of various other technical committees. He was born and educated in Greece and holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Mechanical Engineering and a post graduate degree in Ship and Marine Technology from the National Technical University of Athens.
