Alexandros is a Partner in the Assets and Structured Finance Group of Watson Farley & Williams and is based in the Athens office. He advises lenders on shipping finance transactions, restructuring and work-out situations and handles inter-creditor arrangements. He also supports shipping companies with sale and purchase transactions, shipbuilding contracts, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, as well as debt and equity arrangements. Alexandros is qualified in both Greece and England & Wales. His finance work includes commercial ships, yachts and aircraft, as well as corporate finance, with expertise in both English and Greek law.
