Adam Parmenter is a partner of the Hamburg and London based law firm EHLERMANN RINDFLEISCH GADOW, a firm specialising in providing legal advice within the maritime sector, especially ship finance and restructuring, ship sale and purchase, M&A, commercial law and corporate law. Adam was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2007 and was subsequently admitted as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2013.
Adam’s main area of practice is structured maritime finance. He advises banks, funds, ship owners and investors on all aspects of ship finance transactions, with a focus on structured/asset finance, syndicated loans, ECA-backed loans and leasing transactions. Additionally, he assists ship owners in respect of commercial matters relating to the construction, sale & purchase, employment and operation of all maritime asset classes (newbuilding and second-hand).
