With a 42+ years career in the US financial and capital markets Nicolas’ experience combines deep industry knowledge, top level executive positions and a proven track record as an entrepreneur. Capital Link, which he founded in 1995, is one of the most recognizable and respected organizations in its areas of strategic focus with an extensive & unique network of contacts around the world.
Before Capital Link, Nicolas was a commercial banker focusing on shipping (CCF), a stockbroker running two US based brokerage firms (CCF Securities & Alexander Capital), and investment manager (Alexander Asset Management).
Over the years he has advised numerous private and publicly listed companies in all kinds of transactions – IPOs, SPACs, secondary offerings, M&A, strategic cooperations, asset acquisitions, crisis management and more. Also, for 12 years, Nicolas has been a Visiting Lecturer on Int’l Banking & Finance at Bayes Business School in London (Grammenos Center on Shipping Trade and Finance).
