<b>seq:</b> position in the video slider.<br>
<b>youTube id:</b> id of the video in YouTube.<br>
<b>title:</b> as it will appear in the video slider.<br>
<b>date:</b> as it will appear in the video slider.<br>
<b>image url:</b> location of the image that will appear in the video slider.<br>
EDIT FORM<br>
<button>get parts</button> Retrieve the video particulars(title, date, image) from YouTube<br>
            Will overwrite existing parts when you <button>save</button> and are editable if necessary.<br>
<button>save</button> Save all changes.<br>
<button>close</button> Close without saving changes.<br>
